A chart that uses horizontal bars to compare values across categories. The lengths of the bars are proportional to the values they represent.
Tips for use and when NOT to use
Limit the number of categories and sort bars by value or category. Clearly label your axes with units of measurement and category names. Use colour sparingly to highlight specific categories or trends.
