Control chart
Statistical process control chart (SPC chart), Process-behaviour chart, Shewhart chart
A line chart which tracks how data varies over time compared to an average point. Control lines are shown to define acceptable levels of variation, and change in data over time are compared to these limits to identify anomalies or outliers.
Clearly define and explain the upper and lower control limits. Visually emphasize any outliers that fall outside of these limits. Avoid using if you do not have time-series data or no need to monitor a process.
Monitor the average time it takes to onboard new clients, ensuring it stays within acceptable limits and identifying any potential bottlenecks.
Track the average time to resolve customer complaints over the past 6 months.
