This is a bar that fills up to show the progress of a task or process, which is typically displayed as a percentage.
Tips for use and when NOT to use
Clearly indicate the target/goal, and use a contrasting colour to highlight the progress. Don't use if you need to show multiple progress indicators or if progress isn't linear.

To show a company's progress towards its sustainability goals, such as reducing carbon emissions or increasing renewable energy usage.
